One experience that inspired him to launch MentorCloud was his mentorship of a visually challenged student, Srikanth Bolla, who graduated from MIT Sloan in 2012 and now runs two social ventures in India. He is also a mentor and instructor for TrepCamp, an innovative training and mentoring program for college students to turn them into entrepreneurial superstars.

Maisha is Founder and President of Message Medium, a digital marketing agency that helps successful small business brands leverage the power of e-mail, social media, SEO, search advertising and blogging to achieve aggressive growth. After graduating from Princeton University and working in direct marketing and finance, in the mid-’90s, Maisha became one of the early pioneers in the digital marketing industry, and after 19 years, she is still innovating.

Paula is the President of CDQ Learning for Results, a provider of training program design and development services. As the Founder, Paula has developed tools and processes to help efficiently and effectively guide training program development processes. For the past two years, Paula has been involved in the NAWBO-Phoenix Mentoring Program. For the 2013-2014 program year, she participated as a mentee with the purpose of putting her business on track for sustainability and profitability. She served as the mentoring program director for the 2014-2015 program year and will continue as the director through 2016.
