  • Dispose of excess merchandise in the most expedient way
  • Decide whether to take markdowns and how to alert the customer
  • Determine the best sources of funds for starting up or expanding your business
  • Describe threats to your business and what you are doing about them
  • Conclude whether your needs are better met through domestic or global sourcing 
  • Judge whether an overseas supplier is suitable for your business 
  • Find organizations that can help you source
  • Identify inventive ways of sourcing when your needs for materials are far below most factories’ minimums
  • Implement your online store and integrate it with your business strategy
  • List the factors that affect the cost of building an online store
  • Decide which is best: a custom store using WordPress or Magento or a monthly service like Shopify or Yahoo Store 
  • Determine which technical pieces are needed to launch your store
